Bici Fitness (Bici) has produced events for over 25 years and has vast experience with various types of endurance sports events including triathlon, mountain bike, gran fondo, cyclocross, and running events. Our extensive experience has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a successful event, from planning and organization to execution and post-event follow-up.
We’re a company that owns events and thus understand the finical realities and need to be cost effective. Infrastructure
Event Venue
We offer start and finish line setup, which includes arches, audio equipment, tents, and fencing to create a professional and impressive atmosphere for your event. Our team can work closely with you to design and implement a start and finish line setup that meets your specific needs.
Aid Stations / Transfer Stations
We can provide all the necessary materials including tents, water coolers, tables, and other essential equipment need to run a quality aid station. Our team can work with you to ensure that all aid stations are set up in the most effective locations throughout the course. We can also ensure nutrition & hydration provided in the most efficient manner.
Packet Preparations / Pickup Services
Our fast and efficient check-in service ensures that packet stuffing and packet pickup run efficiently and smoothly. Our experienced staff will ensure that your participants receive their packets quickly and with minimal wait time, leaving them free to focus on the event itself.
SAG/Sweep & Vehicle Support
We can provide peace of mind for event participants; including motorcycle lead out, mechanical support, lantern rouge, and sweep car, and more for your next event.
Timing & Results
While we specialize in cycling events, we offer comprehensive timing services for all types of events, using the latest Race Result timing equipment to ensure the most accurate and reliable results. Our experienced team will work closely with race directors to create a customized timing plan that meets their specific needs and most often goes far beyond what a typical timing company offers.
Multiple Timed Sections
Having pioneered the time section format of bike racing with our owned Gran Fondo National Series Events, we specialize in timing rather complicated events with multiple time sections. However, we can provide for any style of event, as a start-to-finish timed race is significantly easier.
Live Tracking
We offer the ability to be able to track participants and show where they are on course. This option includes live feed and provides perspective of race progress; this is not GPS tracking but rather a calculated estimate of riders’ locations based on locations and times collected by specific timing equipment. A link to tracking can be sent ahead of event via URL for event staff, friends, family, and others to track riders. Participants can also replay their event experience based on the data our system captures.
Accurate & Fast Results
Our results are available on the internet and instantly appear when each rider finishes (or at transition in case of a triathalon. We will provide the race director with the results promptly, through electronic transmission so they can be published and presented at the award ceremony. Our team will work closely with the race director to ensure that they receive the results in the format that they need, and take care of any necessary adjustments quickly and accurately.
Social Media and Email Communications
We can help manage and post to your social media accounts. Many clients will go directly to social media for information. It is important to check and respond to messages in a timely manner. This includes ; Facebook, Instagram , Linkedin , youtube , twitter.
Database
We can help you promote your event by leveraging our extensive database of over 40,000 cyclists. We can send targeted email campaigns to this audience, promoting your event and driving registrations. Our database also allows us to create highly targeted social media campaigns, reaching those who are most likely to be interested in your event.
Maps, Elevation Charts, and Route Marking
Maps
We can create maps through RidewithGPS which include POIs and allow for navigation on just about every cycling computer or smart phone. We can also create maps that can be added to your roadbook and/or printed and available to view during packet pick-up. (see example, https://www.granfondonationalseries.com/florida-maps/)
Route Marking
Commonly participants say our system of marking routes is the best they have ever experienced. We can utilize various methods of marking on the route; including spray chalk and high visibility coroplast signs.
Registration Page and Website Management
We can help maintain your website and online registration to provide a pleasing experience for your customers. We encourage you to navigate around this website to experience what we can offer. Note: We are not web designers and therefore would not be interested in designing and building your website.
Event Permitting
We’ve pulled permits from well over 100 municipalities state counties and parks. We will work with you to ensure that all necessary permits are obtained, and all local regulations are met, allowing you to focus on organizing and executing your event.
We will guide you through the permitting process, including completing and submitting all required paperwork and documentation. Our team can work closely with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure that your event complies with all regulations and requirements, minimizing the risk of any issues arising on the day of your event.

Staffing
Over the years we have grown to a group of 20+ reliable and experienced staff members whom we can rely on to get any event done. These members go above and beyond a typical volunteer. One of the most important things to have on event day is a team that knows what needs to get done and knows how to respond to unforeseen circumstances.
